When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days from shipment date with ground carrier.  Processing times may vary subject to weather conditions and order volume. Carrier partners delivering to certain states do not have the option of Saturday delivery.  We do NOT ship on Fridays during the summer.  Due to increased order volume over the holidays shipping times may vary.  

How can I track my order?

The Order Fulfillment email will contain your third-party carrier tracking number.  However, for certain states, tracking information is provided after you are notified that the product has shipped. For these states, tracking information may be provided up to two business days after your order has shipped depending on third-party carrier processing timelines, which vary based on order volume. 


Vintage Wine Notice

Case wine life cannot guarantee a specific vintage for any wine listed without a vintage. Pictures used for wines may be of a different vintage than the one the buyer will receive. Vintage transition is frequent so please message us directly if you require a specific vintageCase Wine Life does not guarantee the condition of the cork or quality of the wine inside the bottles. We properly store the wine when acquired and accurately describe the condition of the bottles, but this is as far as we can go when it comes to quality assurance. Older wines may be past their peak when you open them. Older vintage corks can shrink and degrade. The cork may break or crumble when you remove it. This is normal for older wines. There is always a RISK with older wines. You may open one up and have one of the greatest experiences of your life. You may open a similar bottle and find it's past its prime or oxidized. That is the inherent risk assumed by the buyer when purchasing vintage wine. This generally does not apply to contemporary wines, from 2010 to the present.  


Age Requirement

Buyer and person to whom order is being shipped MUST be 21 years of age or older. Adult signature and proof of age is required at time of delivery. 


Shipping Notice

Please ensure that we can ship to your state PRIOR to placing an order. We only ship DOMESTICALLY. We do NOT ship to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Utah. We cannot ship wine to PO boxes or APO addresses.


Regardless of the date or temperature during shipping: Wine spoilage in transit is NOT covered. Expedited/overnight shipping or shipping insurance DOES NOT change this policy. Shipments are only covered for breakage during shipping or complete loss of the package. If you have purchased wine but are worried about heat spoilage or freezing temperatures, simply let us put the order on hold, and we will ship when you want.

Legal Notice

All wine purchased from Case Wine Life is sold at its licensed premises in the Commonwealth of Virginia, where title passes to the buyer.  The purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from Virginia to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine via common carrier, Case Wine Life is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. The purchaser will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from Case Wine Life, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
