The Superduo DX mats scan and cut 12"x 12" (Exactly the same function as the Brother mat) but load from both ends.

These mats are extremely popular as they last longer and have a "reserve end" if one end becomes damaged/unserviceable.

Tips and tricks


To easily remove cut material from your mat, gently bend the mat until one edge of the material releases. Slowly remove enough material to grasp, then place mat and material on a flat surface and pull the mat away from material until released

Remove material from the mat using an upward motion, rather than pulling it back over the top of itself. This will help prevent the cut image from curling

Remove all negative pieces around the cut image and then lift your image off the mat using a plastic spatula

When your mat is new, just use your fingers to lightly press the material onto your mat

When your mat is worn in, use more pressure, or use a brayer to help your material stick to your mat

Keep your hands off. The oils in your fingers quickly contaminate the adhesive on the mat, causing it to lose its stick. Try to avoid touching the adhesive if possible


Care and attention


After each use, clean all media from your mat and replace the dust cover to keep the mat surface free of paper scraps and dust.

Never store a mat that still has media attached to it, as the mat adhesive will absorb unwanted fibres.

Baby wipes contain moisturiser which can weaken the adhesive

Alcohol wipes can neutralise the adhesive

To refresh the mat use really light tack masking tape/lint roller to remove dust & fibres but only when the mat start to lose its strength & not between every cut. Test the masking tape on a small area first. If the tape is too strong it can pull the adhesive away. Also it needs to be lightly dabbed, just enough pressure to remove dust & fibres

Don't use solvents anywhere on the sheet ever.

When the tack is completely flat the mat can be washed with hot water to and left to dry. This can regenerate the adhesive a number of times

Laying the sheet dust sheet down under a heavy book when not in use also helps re-constitute the adhesive and stops the sheet from warping.

The sheet and markings are designed to last longer than the adhesive but if you plan to re stick the mat please take care as the machine will not recognise the mat if it is warped or the registration marks are damaged

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
All postage charges are clearly stated with options for standard & international signed for available. Items posted standard post usually arrive within 10 working days but can be as long as 30 days. All items posted standard will not be classed as lost until 30 days from date of dispatch. If this is unacceptable please use the international signed for option and I will be able to provide you with a tracking number.
  
LOST IN TRANSIT
Unfortunately Royal Mail sometimes loses envelopes in the post. After 7 days (30 days international) I will replace your item or give you a full refund. Please be patient and appreciate this will cost me whatever you have ordered plus post & packaging, it costs me money for their mistakes. Please reflect this in feedback.
Mistakes happen, if you feel I have made a mistake with your order please contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will do my best to sort it out or give you your money back. I try to please 100% of my customers to maintain my  feedback.

To be covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy I can only dispatch items to your registered eBay address. This is the address you select when completing the eBay checkout process. To have an item sent to an alternative address you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing the item.
Please ensure that you inspect your purchase thoroughly upon delivery. If your item is damaged or defective you must  notify me within 24 hours. Where possible I will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If the sending of a replacement is not possible I will offer an immediate refund.

RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item I will gladly accept it back for a full refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 14 days from the date of receipt. If your initial request to return the item is after 14 days from the date of receipt unfortunately I will be unable to accept the return request.
All returns must be received in perfect re-saleable condition in order for refunds to be granted. If the item you return does not arrive in perfect re-saleable condition I cannot offer any refund.
