All of my hand crafted scented products are CLP
compliant
Safety
All my hand-crafted products come with a safety
label and if appropriate a CLP Label. The colours on my handcrafted wax products are chosen by me. If
you want a specific colour please advise on purchase. Before using any of my products please read the
safety warning label.
All my burners have manufacture guidance within the box. Please be advised to
only use a small standard tea light with any burner.
Postage
As all my candles and wax melt items are made to
order please allow 2-3 working days before they are posted out
My main delivery service is Royal Mail Second
Class, please note that due to the pandemic postal services are sometimes
delayed.
Payment and
Shipping.
Payment must be made immediately so that your item
can be produced and then shipped straight away.
Most products will be posted out within 48 hours of
purchase and postage will be via Royal Mail. You will receive your item within
2-3 Working days once posted.
All my hand picked retail products will be posted
out within one day of purchase
Please note that most of my products are sent using
Royal Mail - They are individually scanned by the Royal Mail using the QR code
on the front of all my packaging to ensure delivery of your item
Damaged Items
All of my products are checked before being sent
out. I take all possible steps to ensure that you receive your item in great
condition. If damage happens in transit
and the damage does not affect the usage of the product for example a snap bar has broken we will not
issue refunds or send replacements. If the damage means that the item cannot be
used for safety reasons we will of course be happy to refund or replace upon
return of item. If the item has a slight manufacturing flaw such as a slight
paint defect, then this does not affect usage so again we will not replace or
refund your item. If you are not happy with this, please do not buy my
products. By purchasing you are accepting that you may receive the item in such
condition.
Negative Feedback
As most of my handcrafted products are scented and
not everyone has the same sense of smell therefore customers will not all like
the same scents. If you feel that you are not happy with your product or you
have had a negative experience please contact me so that I can attempt to
resolve the matter prior to you leaving negative feedback.
Negative feedback is harmful to my business and is
very hurtful when the products are made or sourced with love and care and
attention to detail.
Returns
We hope that you will be
satisfied with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are not happy
with your item, we will provide a full refund once the item has been returned
to us within 30 days. The item must be returned in its original condition, with
the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage. If an item
has been used before it is returned then postage will not be refunded.
Fragrance Dupes
Our dupe fragrance scented candles/Melts smell
similar to the designer brands. Trademarks & copyrights remain the property
of the respective manufacturer/designer. We hold no affiliation with the
manufacturer/designer and so are not to be confused with the originals.
