RETURNS & REFUNDS

In order to return an item, the buyer must contact us to request a return or refund if the condition meets.

Once a return is approved, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item. If the item is returned without approval, we reserve the right to reject the item or a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the buyer.

All returns items MUST be in original condition which is never been installed and kept in original packaging, or you will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

If the item arrived with damage, please contact us through eBay message within 5 days from the delivery date. A damage claim will be filed immediately to the shipping company once the picture is received from the buyer. Replacement will be shipped out as soon as the claim process.
