Before you purchase it Please Note:

Display Problem:For OS systems laptop ( Apple Laptop ), its non-mirror mode can only supports 3 duplicate (mirror) external monitors due to apple system restrictions. However, your laptop screen can be different image from 3 external monitors.
HDMI Problem:A. Make sure the type c power delivery port on you laptop is USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen2) or Thunderbolt 3 port (supports PD charging). B. Check your HDMI cable. C. Ensure sufficient power supply from the USB C hub.
Resolution Problem:HDMI resolution will be 4K@30Hz when 2 HDMI working at the same time.
Dual Monitor Dispaly(B/C):ONLY Windows OS laptop support MST mode.
Extend mode:EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) may blackout for a few seconds(1 minute at max, depends on Laptop and monitor) when data transfer; Please be patient wait for the data completed.
Charging Problem:Power will be a community between all dock-connected USB C devices. For a fast charge result, please choose Adapter that is over 72W to charge.
Charge before:Please plug in the Laptop's power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting an external hard drive or multiple display purpose.
