This original and unique Tramfabriek re-motor kit upgrades many Graham Farish models to a silent and smooth running motor, not only the model it is advertised for. This is a straight forward, but major upgrade for this model. Your model will run like a brand new train. Actually, better, as this kit offers you a coreless 12V motor with a better performance than the original.

Suitable for the following Graham Farish Large Prairie models, produced between 1977-2012 art nrs: 3114, 5136, 5153, 6100, 6102, 6104, 6110, 6114, 6115, 6116, 6127, 6135, 6169, 8100, 8102, 8106.

Offer includes:
1 x High quality 12V coreless motor
1 x Brass worm
1 x Brass adapter
1 x Brass washer

For this conversion, you'll have to open the model, following the step by step instructions on the Tramfabriek website. The old motor has to be taken out and is not needed anymore. This procedure can be done with general modelling tools, no milling is needed.

DCC compatible. Because the magnet on top of the motor chassis will be removed, you have created space for a decoder. This will then be nicely hidden from view. I would advise a Train-O-Matic Micro decoder in combination with the SPP-N powerpack, for 4 seconds of backup power on dirty tracks or point. Both available in my shop.

Ideal CV setting for many decoders is available on the Tramfabriek website.

Fast and efficient email support is available.
