LPFM transmitters are permitted to be used in the U.S., but only for certain purposes and may require a license. Please review your state / country laws and regulatory agency rules for specifics. This is an easy to use, highly sensitive wireless audio transmitter that has an Adjustable Operating Frequency which covers the FM broadcast band making it tune-able on a standard FM radio. For customers in the U.S., we pre-set the frequency to the best choice based on your Zip Code.

When used with a 9 volt battery, the battery will last 25 hours or 1 day of constant use. The transmission distance is up to 400 meters or 1300 feet under ideal conditions. Dimensions without 9 volt battery: 23mm x 11mm x 9mm. When used with our optional Transmission Time Adapters, operation can last as much as 83 Days.

Battery consumption was based on using Duracell alkaline batteries and calculated using a Battery Life Calculator found on the web. Includes a download link for the instruction manual. Batteries not included.
