From 10th June 2019 All brand new machinery shall include a full 12 month return to base warranty.
If for any reason you are not happy, we do offer a 30 day return policy .i.e. you can return the item for any reason no questions asked for a refund within 30 days. All payments must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of cheques from date of receipt.
After receiving your item, if you are not satisfied contact us within 30 days. Should you decide to return your item, your refund will be given as either money back or an item exchange (This is your choice) - this does not include international locations and Northern Ireland as the cost of exchange/swap service is expensive. In such cases, the RTB (Return to Base) warranty will take effect.
The buyer (you) pays for the return shipping fees both directions. If your machine needs to be returned under the RTB warranty within the warranty term, you will be required to pay for the shipping in both directions. In many cases, we can minimize your shipping costs by offering replacement parts. If you need a replacement part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the final price for the machine(not the part) and you will have 30 days to return the original part or product in the condition received or like new (whichever is better). When sending back a machine, we require that it be sent in the original packaging, so please keep all packing materials in good condition for the duration of the warranty period.
If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to replace the item or part.
Damaged On Arrival - Although machines are tested at the factory before being boxed, a small percentage of machines may arrive “Dead-On-Arrival ; due to various problems in transit (shaking, vibration, etc). We do not make exceptions to our conditions for DOA products - you would be required to follow our standard procedures as per above to obtain warranty repair. By purchasing one of our products on eBay, please realize that this is the small risk that you take, while this may seem inconvenient please realize that our prices are slashed by 50% compared to high street brands. If you do not accept these terms & conditions, please do not buy a machine from us via eBay.

We recommend all customers check their orders straight away for damages/issues to ceramics. Damages/issues must be reported immediately along with photos. International shipping - International shipping is very difficult, so we recommend that you buy the highest-end machine that you can afford in order to minimize your chances of receiving a machine that will need warranty service. In the event that you do need warranty service, we are willing to swap parts, but you will be required to pay for shipping in both directions. You would also have the option to purchase parts directly in order to avoid the hassle of cross-shipping defective parts back to us. Please see below for more information on International Shipping.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
SIGNZWORLD (referred to hereinafter as (US/I/WE/OUR), Woodpecker Premises, Belfont Trading Estate, Mucklow Hill, Halesowen, B62 8DR, provides warranty (via warranty cards) against mechanical problems to the products bought, or cosmetic warranty in the event of damage while in transit.
From 10th June 2019 All brand new machinery shall include a full 12 month return to base warranty.
SIGNZWORLD products are warranted to the original purchaser period of: See above for the amount of warranty on products, (Amount meaning the "time" of warranty allocated to each product).
(See exceptions below).
Exceptions include:
This warranty does not cover items that SIGNZWORLD deem to be consumable, for example vinyl material or any other types of vinyl materials that are deemed consumable. Sublimation mugs, ink cartridges, printer inks, blade holders, blades, transfer paper, attachments, mats, tweezers, banners print media.
This warranty is only open to SIGNZWORLD Products purchased new.
This warranty is void if:
Defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the unauthorized use of nonconforming parts.
The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
The damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the Product beyond capacity), improper maintenance or neglect.
The damage is due to use of the SIGNZWORLD's Product after partial failure, use with improper accessories or non-compliance with operating instructions.
The damage is due to slight deviations from specification that do not affect tool function or value.
The warranty card is lost.
Owner's warranty card
A warranty card will be submitted with the order with the following information: eBay name, unique id, item name and date of purchase.
To submit a claim for warranty the item will need to be sent to us to the address stated above. The buyer (you) will need to produce the original warranty card to for the claim to be accepted. If the warranty card is lost the claim is void, however a replacement can be provided for a fee at SIGNZWORLD discretion.
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty period begins from the time the product is purchased from new. The starting date is the date on the original sales receipt.
Once a valid warranty claim has been received (within the warranty period) the defect shall be corrected by means of repair or equivalent replacement (in full working order). If the defective tool is replaced after repairs have been attempted, the faulty machine shall become the property of SIGNZWORLD.
A valid warranty claim requires the submission of the complete tool (with matching unique ID and eBay ID to that on the warranty card), the original warranty card must be shown prior to repairs.
Delivery Charges for repairs (part replacements etc) will be handled by the buyer (you) invalid claims may be charged at SIGNZWORLD discretion. Invalid claims may be repairable, in which case an estimate of the costs involved could be offered.
SIGNZWORLD warranty is RTB (Return to Base) ONLY and all other perceptions of our products warranties are void.
Strikes:
SIGNZWORLD products come with 6/12/24 months warranty; however they are subject to strikes.
Strikes imply how many times you are able to send the product back to us (RTB) each product strikes are as follows:
6 months - 2 Strikes
12 months/ 1 year - 3 Strikes
24 months/ 2 years - 5 Strikes
Once all strikes have been exhausted a fee will be charged for the replacement parts at SIGNZWORLD discretion.

SIGNZWORLD disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose, and all other warranties. In no event shall SIGNZWORLD be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any costs, legal fees, expenses, losses or delays alleged to be as a consequence of any damage to, failure of, or defect in any product including, but not limited to, any claims for loss of profits.
