Frc fourth-generation 7+r manual transmission
HD-4 manual transmission is the 4th generation manual transmission of frc. It has a brand-new structure design, CNC machined sheet metal parts assembly, electrostatic spraying on the surface, and a neat appearance. It adopts automobile gear shifting spring, the hand shifts the left and right back to the center, and the feel is excellent. Precise gear selection and entry design, realize 7+r 8 gears, each gear can be entered clearly, and 8 reed switches can accurately and reliably collect gear information.

The factory is a basic block, and the user needs to install the aluminum alloy handle by himself after purchasing it, and then choose the desktop fixture or the bottom plate screw to install and fix it according to the needs.
Gear Head installation:
1. Manually screw the black plastic inner sleeve with the largest hole into the gear head;
2. Screw the gear head with the plastic inner sleeve onto the gear head as a whole;
3. The length of the gear head can be finely adjusted to realize the height adjustment of the gear head after it is fixed.
Installation method:
1 Desktop installation: Remove the 4 m4*10 hexagon socket screws at the front of the gear body, and align the side of the accessory folder with the rectangular hole to tighten the 4 m4*10 hexagon socket screws. This completes the installation of the I-clip.
2 Bottom plate installation: Remove the two m4*8 hexagon socket screws on the lower part of the left and right sides of the hand block, put the hand block into the bottom frame, and fix the 4 m4*8 hexagon socket screws again.
Switching between 7 and 6 gears: The switch paddle is located in the middle of the right side of the gear body and is fixed by two M4*10 screws.
The factory default is 7 gears + R gears. The switch paddle is at the front. When you need to switch the 6+R mode, loosen the 2 M10 screws that fix the paddles by 2 turns (don’t pull the screws completely out, remember!), push the screw by Move forward to the middle position and then tighten the M10 screws.
Note:
When installing the bottom plate, do not remove the 4 m4*8 hexagon socket screws on the bottom of the blocking body. The height of the bottom screw is already within the installation height. Just remove the two screws at the bottom of the left and right sides, put them in the bottom frame, and then re-fix the four screws.
Except for the I-shaped clamp mounting screws for the retaining body structure, which are m4*10 hexagon socket screws, the other retaining body shell screws are all m4*8 hexagon socket screws. The user must not change the screw specifications to avoid damage to the hand block.

Please allow 1-3cm error of measurement.
