Vintage 31" RIPPED TORN TATTERED Costume Clear Bakelite Acrylic Handle Umbrella 

The fabric is ripped. I tried to sew it up but then when I opened it again, it ripped again. Not sure how to permanently fix it, Maybe you do? SEE PHOTOS
