If you have any concerns or want to return an item please contact us in the first instance so we can assist. ✖ Returning damaged items:We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel, please CONTACT US. Please inspect your goods upon delivery, and inform us of any issues within 7 days of receipt and send us the picture evidence for damaged goods. We shall cover the costs of the return, and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. If you fail to do this, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. ✖ Returning faulty items:In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. Any faulty items within the first 14 day of receiving your package must be reported. In all cases, this item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund). We’ll cover the costs of returning the goods to us. If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. If you need to exchange an item received, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in our returns section and then order the correct item, if it is still available. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order should there be any issues. If the order has gone too far through the fulfilment process, we will be unable to cancel. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process as mentioned in the returns section of our policies.
