I try to describe items as accurately as possible. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me within seven days to arrange return/refund.
Please pay within 7 days of the auction end - or at least let me know if you want longer.
Most items are sent by Royal Mail Standard service.
I will not be responsible for items ?lost in post? unless a tracked service is paid for by the buyer.
I will endeavor to send you an invoice, usually within 24 hours of the auction end and would appreciate you using eBay's checkout system so that I know how and when you wish to pay.
Please leave feedback when you receive your item(s) so I know you have received it. I always leave feedback when your payment is confirmed. If you are not happy please email me BEFORE leaving feedback so we can attempt to sort things out.
