Payment
Policy:
We
accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, wire transfers and domestic COD certified
funds and Net Terms upon credit approval. No shipments are made
until payment has cleared. Shipping, insurance and MI State Taxes if
applicable are due prior to shipment release. Winning bidders must
contact seller within 5 business days of auction close or seller will file a
non-paying bidder form and provide negative feedback.
Shipping:
This is a very heavy piece of equipment requiring freight shipping. contact seller for estimate or use the eBay tool. We require a signature service on all shipments to
guarantee our customers and Qos Communications know when and who received the
products. We will not ship to PO boxes. The term
?shipping? when used below or anywhere on our auctions includes the cost of
insurance and special packaging or duties when applicable. International Customers are responsible for all duties, customs, taxes, tariffs or other costs associated with importing. Since we have no way to calculate these costs, international customers must arrange for the fees, duties and taxes to be paid by an importer or other service. i.e. be prepared to use your shipping firm so these fees can be levied directly to you.
Warranty and other Policies:
Unless
otherwise specified, all items include a 1 Year Warranty against hardware
defects only. Software and cosmetic blemishes are not part of the
Warranty. Buyer warrants that, for software received, a valid
license will obtain or such license is already owned. Though we make an effort to remove
passwords, no guarantees apply to password resetting. Unless
otherwise state, no original manufacture warranty is offered or implied even if
the equipment condition is new in box. QoS Communications reserves
the right to void warranty if our Warranty Policy Terms, see below, are
breached.
The
warranty is non-transferable. Only retail, end-user clients are
eligible for a warranty beyond 60 Days unless otherwise stated. Wholesalers
/Resellers should contact QoS Communications directly for available
warranties.
Michigan buyers must pay applicable sales tax or provide a valid reseller certificate.
Warranty
Terms: All returns must first be approved by contacting QoS
directly. Any DOA items must be returned in original condition,
exactly as they were received within 7 days of receipt of product or warranty
is void. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was
originally shipped. Risk of damage in transit on returns rests with
the buyer pack professionally. We will replace the item under the
warranty terms or return your money. All shipping costs for returns
will be reimbursed to the buyer if items are determined to be defective.
Returned
items determined to be non-defective will result in a 20%, non-refundable,
restocking fee charge to the buyer and no shipping costs will be reimbursed.

available upon request.
International Bidders:
You
must contact seller via email prior to bidding to determine
eligibility. Due to high risk of fraud and added costs for shipping
and other associated costs, not all international requests are
possible. Duties and taxes are paid directly by the buyer which is
most easily accomplished by using the buyers shipping account. If
international buyers do not have an account with a shipping carrier, they will
be required to pay all duties and fees associated with the shipment.
Products
sold internationally may be exported from the United States only in accordance
with Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States law
is prohibited and Customer agrees to waive any claims against seller for
damages or costs. Importers outside the USA must pre-arrange for duties, taxes and import fees in advance as seller will not be responsible for these costs.
