How to charge:
Remove the strap and insert the dial of the bracelet into the USB port. Support PC/Laptop. Both sides can be charged, different plugs choose different directions

How to use step by step
1. Download and install APP FitPro from app store/ Google Playstore or scan QR code in user manual
2. Turn Bluetooth on---do NOT search, pair or any other action. only TURN BLUETOOTH ON
3. Click the "set " icon in FitPro, find "bind my devices", search watch band.
4. APP will show Wacth's Bluetooth address, click to bound WATCH to APP.
