A beautiful and well-preserved religious piece, written by Francisco De Mendosa (1547-1623), a Spanish nobleman and military officer who became ordained as a bishop at the age of 70, shortly before this death. This early edition, part of an original four-volume set, would make a fantastic reference piece and collector’s item.
