I have originally designed this bracket for few of my projects, but this turn out so well, that I have offered this PCB card holder for my fellow enthusiast such as yourself :) You can't get them anywhere unless you are happy to pay some ridiculous prices.

You can use these card in industry standard DIN 41612 Eurocard 1.20 - 1.60mm thickness.

Card has been designed to be very versatile and you use it with or without handle.
