The bass range is extremely fast and controlled, not very deep, even when the box is placed close to the rear wall. Dynamics and pace are excellent, relatively to the low price, and still very good when compared with more expensive loudspeakers
Linn Index speakers are infinite baffle (closed box design) and a two-way system, each utilizing a 1" dome tweeter and an 8" bextrene woofer. Specified frequency is 60Hz-20KHz+/-3dB. Sensitivity is 86SPL, 1w/1m and impedance is 8 Ohms nominal, 6 Ohms minimum.
Come in black wood grain finish with black grill cloth.
Each speaker is 17x11x18" and weighs 17 lbs.
These speakers should be on stands and placed against a wall.
