Founded atop a matte black powder-coated steel base, this fire pit features a beige-gray ceramic tabletop that’s weatherproof and super easy to clean. Apart from the large fire pit area of 23” L x 7.4” W, this 2-in-1 fire table also serves perfectly as a 43” L and 22” W patio table by simply covering up the burner. With a high heating capacity of 50,000 BTU, it creates sufficient heat to maintain a warm temperature. This cost-efficient fire pit table comes bundled with 4kgs/9lbs blue fire stones and a protective cover. Simple assembly is required.

Note:

2. Please be noted that this fire pit table is NOT for barbeque. Please do not grill anything on the fire.
3. Please be aware that this fire pit table is for outdoor use ONLY. Please do not use it in any enclosed area.
4. Please put the hose on the sides instead of the top of the propane tank.
5. Please evenly distribute the fire glass and do not stack them together.
6. Please don't cover the burner pieces (with dots) to avoid blocking the air and causing the flame to be too small or even extinguished.
7. Please avoid spilling any liquid on the flame. Please be mindful of your drinks on the table and do not use water to put out the fire.
8. Please make sure the flames are off and the burner has been cooled down before covering the lid.
9. Please turn off the propane tank when the fire pit is not in use.
10. The tests under Decorative Gas Appliances Outdoor Fireplaces U.S. Standards for our Propane Gas Fireplace Models were performed and certified by CSA Group on Sept. 2nd, 2021.

All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via e-Bay messages. All returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped with same return packaging and delivery confirmation
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Topeakmart. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).
