Any type of payment on our eBay shop is risk-free.

In case of cancellation of the order (both by the customer and by us) the amount will be re-credited to the payment method used for the order.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday by express courier (unless otherwise indicated in the listing), orders will be processed the same day if placed before 12:00, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

The delivery of the products will take place at the address provided by the buyer in the times and in the manner described in the advertisement (we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier).

The tracking code is assigned to all orders automatically and communicated via email.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us that everything is OK, if so we ask you to release Positive Feedback.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal lapses:

- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents)
- Use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased good to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

As a seller with Premium Reliability, the right of withdrawal is extended from 14 days to 30 days.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address below. The Communication can be sent, within the same term, also by PEC.

The Communication must contain:

- The manifestation of the will to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999
- The indication of the product (s) for which you decide to make use of the right of withdrawal
- The data relating to your bank account (this to allow the refund of the amount due).

To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the address indicated by the seller. Payment must be made within 3 working days following that of the declaration of withdrawal.

Responsibility
We take no responsibility for any loss of items after the goods have been delivered.
