How to use/consume Dried Goat's Rue?

Infusion:

1 tbsp. herb is poured with 250 ml of boiling water. After cooling, strain. Drink for 1 day in 3 portions, 1/2 hour before meals.

Tea:

Boil 1 teaspoon goat’s rue in 1 cup of water for 2 - 3 minutes. Drink this tea 2-3 times a day. The flavor of the tea can be improved by adding one of the below-mentioned ingredients: Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom or Fennel seeds.

Recommended daily dosage:

No more then 3 cups of tea per day.
