Painted wall tips:
Prior to applying border or stickers onto painted walls
clean wall and make sure it is dry.
Newly painted walls:
It is recommended to let the paint cure for 3 weeks
prior to applying border or stickers.
Even if new paint feels dry, it may still need to settle and completely cure.
Not recommended on:
- silk or gloss painted walls
- orange peel textured walls
- over cinder blocks or very textured and porous surfaces
- over silk wallpaper or delicate surfaces
DELIVERY
All items are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class (Mon-Fri). For larger orders, a traceable service will be used.
Personalised items can take up to 3 working days before dispatch and longer during busy periods.
RETURNS
All returns need to be processed through the eBay returns request form that buyers will find in their eBay purchase history.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the items are packed safely and to pay return postage.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be issued for personalised items damaged in transit, instead a replacement will be sent.
If your item has been damaged in transit we will require photographic evidence of damage to claim back from Royal Mail before a replacement can be sent.
