DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery to UK mainland only. Please do not purchase if you are outside these areas unless you are willing to pay a little extra for delivery. Please note that we do not ship to the Channel Islands or PO boxes.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. However, in some cases the delivery may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes public and regional holidays and adverse weather conditions.

If delivery is delayed, we give you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund or exchange for similar item where available.

As we ship either directly from our suppliers or from one of our fulfilment centres, no local pick up is available and packaging may contain advertising/logos from 3rd party companies.

RETURNS

We work hard to ensure that every customer gets the best shopping experience with us however in the unlikely event you need to return your items, please read our returns policy below.

✖ Returning unwanted items:

You may return your unwanted item within 30 days from buying your item, unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition. You will be required to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Do not dispose of any of the original packaging if you are wanting to return your goods. Care must be taken to ensure the returned products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Please drop us a message to notify us once you ship back the product.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once the items are received back in our warehouse. This will all be done automatically; there is nothing else you need to do. We will only contact you if there are any issues. If you have any concerns or want to return an item please contact us in the first instance.

✖ Returning damaged items:

We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. Before you refuse the delivery, we ask that you check inside the box to establish if the item itself has been damaged. (The packaging is simply used to protect the item whilst in transit.) If you find the contents to be spoilt, please sign for the goods as “damaged” and where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel, CONTACT US within 24hrs of receiving the item so that any problems can be rectified immediately. Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If you fail to report any issues within this timeframe, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

✖ Returning faulty items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. Any faulty items within the first 14 day of receiving your package must be reported. In all cases, this item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/refund). We’ll cover the costs of returning the goods to us.

If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.
