The colour will be what you pick, background will depend on what you stick it onto as they are cut from vinyl and not sticker sheets, the background will show through gaps in the design***                       Self adhesive decals that can be used for a number of  projects indoor and outdoor. **** Cut from high quality vinyl and every decal comes on pre-applied transfer tape for easy application. ****  I am adding new designs every day so please check back regularly to see my other products. **** Any questions, please feel free to ask Instructions on how to apply decals: Step 1 Clean the area where you are applying the decal thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or soap and water and allow to dry. Do not use a window cleaning spray because it usually leaves a residue behind that will prevent the decal from adhering Step 2 Prepare the decal for application by firmly rubbing a squeegee or credit over the clear transfer tape. This will remove any air bubbles that may have formed between the decal and transfer tape Step 3 Peel the white backing paper from the decal. If it clings to the backing, slowly replace the backing paper and repeat step 2 Step 4 Slowly lower the decal onto the surface and rub it firmly in place with a squeegee or credit card. For best results, allow 24 hours before moving onto the next step Step 5 Slowly peel the transfer tape off at an angle but please be careful not to pull the decal off the surface. If the decal pulls away repeat step 4. REFUND / RETURNS POLICY All NON personalised items can be returned to me within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price  PERSONALISED items will only be refunded if i have made a spelling error as mistakes can sometimes happen,  but will not be refunded if the error was on your part so please spell check....
