Seven different designs in Pine series of garages, barns and workshops can be built from the same set of plans. You'll receive detailed construction drawings for a 24'x24' all-purpose main building with big front sliding doors and a 24'x24' storage loft with pull-down stairs. You'll also receive plans for a variety of optional shed-roof structures that can extend the main building on either side or across the back. Build the 24'x24' garage/barn now. Then add garages, a tractor shelter, a workshop, a carport or storage sheds. Build little-by-little as your needs grow, or build exactly the layout you want right away. You can customize your garage or barn with your choice of layouts and your selection of exterior materials. Architect designed construction plans include all the drawings you'll need to build any of seven layouts shown on the plans. Or, you can create your own custom building layout.
Why three sets of the same plans? You may need to supply drawings to your building department, zoning board, community review board and building supply center. Extra sets of plans also come in handy when you want to get competitive bids from contractors and subcontractors.
These architect-designed buildings have been engineered to meet and exceed code requirements in all states but Florida and should not be ordered for construction in Florida. Dozens have been built all across the rest of the United States.

Add-Ons: Shed roof additions are 12'x24', 12'x18 and 12'x12' They are designed for use as garages, open shelters, carports, tractor shelters, workshops and storage sheds and are planned to be easy-to-build on either side or on the back of the Main Garage/Barn. They may be built at the same time as the main building or added later as your needs grow.

Mean Roof Height: 16'-9" (Most Building Departments will accept the Mean Roof Height for sloped roof buildings)
Doors: The sliding doors on the front of the Main Garage/Barn are each 9'-0" wide and 8' high. The garage doors on the add-ons open 8' wide and 7' high. Overhead doors may be substituted for all sliding doors and hinged doors shown on the plans.
Cupolas: Cupolas shown are optional. Cupola building plans are not included. Prefab cupolas are available from a variety sources and are easily found online. A cupola for this design should be at least 36" square or octagonal at its base and at least 48" high.
