An extremely scarce piece of British history, originally published in 1663. This pamphlet, written by Charles II of England (1630-1685) and compiled by his advisor, Henry Bennet, 1st Earl Arlington (1618-1685), condones the actions of Randal MacDonnell, 1st Marquess of Antrim (1609-1683), during the Irish Rebellion of 1641. A wonderful piece in need of restoration and binding.
