We know you’ll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment. Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery. We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. Upon receipt of your order, we will ship your items within 24 hours using our preferred carrier Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email that you order is on its way including your tracking number. 

All consignments are tracked. The tracking number can be viewed from within your eBay Purchases page.

We recommend you use eBay’s Shopping Cart for multiple item orders so you can pay in one go. eBay prohibits us from combining orders that have been paid separately.

If you have any questions about delivery or if f you have not received your parcel within a reasonable time, please contact us here via eBay Messages and we will do our best to make sure you’re happy. 

Sassy Organics offers a Returns and Refund Policy where a product purchased from us does not meet the consumer guarantee in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

If you receive a faulty product, you must notify us promptly. This can be done by messaging us via eBay Messages here.  We will assess your claim and endeavour to address your concerns as quickly as possible. You will be advised of the next steps, including whether or not to send the goods back to us. Please do not send any products to the manufacturer. If you are asked to return the product to us, we will provide you with the correct return address at that time. eBay does not permit us to provide contact details or address information here.

We won’t be able to do anything if a returned product is not received by us, so we recommend you use a tracked postage service.

General product issue

If any of the items purchased at Sassy Organics failed to meet consumer guarantee, we will raise your concern with the product supplier on your behalf. We will endeavour to remedy your concerns either by:

• Contacting the product supplier directly on your behalf.
• Replacing the product.
• Providing you with a refund.
• Offering you an alternative solution.

Change of mind

We offer a 30 day return policy for change of mind. That means if you are not satisfied with our purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.

Please note that all returned products must be unopened, in their original box and packaging, sealed and unmarked, suitable for restocking and sale as a brand new item.  Any product returned which is received damaged, opened, used or otherwise blemished will not qualify for a refund and will be held until the buyer pays for redelivery.  Returned products that do not qualify for a refund which are held for more than 30 days where a buyer has failed to pay the redelivery fee, may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the seller.
