This is a beautiful Royal Doulton Age of Innocence figurine named First Outing HN 3377.  It is a limited edition #1314  of 9500.  Fine detail on the pretty young girl who is holding 2 adorable kittens in her pinafore.  It is 8" tall and the base has a diameter of 4 1/4".  I have one other piece from this series listed with 2 golden labradors.
