These are brand new in a sealed package and have been stored.   The top cardboard has some minor imperfections from storage.  Please see photos as they are part of the description.

Will be shipped in a padded envelope 1st class mail.

Packagings says 4+.  I would say they are best for a little one around 3 to 5 or 6 depending on their size.
