Terms & Conditions of Sale

General -  Rulers and reference objects are for size comparison and are not included with item.  Pictures are part of the description.  Pictures are taken in the most appropriate lighting to reduce glare, show detail and to get clear images.  Colors may appear different in person due to variances in devices, screens, lighting etc.  

Payment - Expected within 72 hours. Several payment methods are available through our participation in eBay's Managed Payment program. 

Returns -  This item is listed as  "Seller does not accept returns" .   However, I realize things happen and I will consider return options on an individual basis.  I do ask that you please study the pictures and read what I write about the item.   I welcome questions.  So if you are uncertain about something please ask.  After you receive your item if it just does not meet your expectations based on the item information in my listing please let me know within 72 hours of receipt of the item and I will work with you to achieve an amicable solution.  All return resolution must go through eBay starting with you contacting me (contact seller) and explaining the problem. 

Shipping - To the 50 United States direct  (some items do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii) or international on select items through eBay Global Shipping Program only. I have no control over the charges through the Global Shipping Program.   Shipping may be upgraded at my discretion and at no charge to you. I try to ship the same day or next day whenever possible.  Combined shipping cost discount is automatically figured on select eligible items purchased on the same invoice.   Items purchased separately by the same buyer will be combined in the same shipment whenever possible.  It is the buyer?s responsibility to provide a valid shipping address and a dry, secure location for delivery.  Please watch tracking and remain informed as to the location of you item while in route.  Please be aware that carrier delays, particularly during peak times (Holidays), can and do happen.  

Taxes  - Listing/Selling price EXCLUDES any and all Taxes, Tariffs, Duties etc.  For most purchases eBay will calculate sales tax as applicable.  Tax exemptions are handled through eBay. 

Condition - Most of my items are older, limited edition, obsolete, vintage, antique, no longer being manufactured, out of print, one of a kind etc..  I do my best to take pictures of or describe any defects that I notice.   

Vintage Toys – ALL Vintage Toys (greater than 20 years old) are sold as ADULT collectibles and are NOT intended for current day children’s play.  Do not give vintage toys to children.

Environment - Our home and offices are smoke free.  We do have pets.  Items listed are stored in a clean dry e-bay dedicated area.  Keep in mind many of the items I list are not new to me so the environmental conditions prior to my possession are unknown.  I run an ozone sanitizer in the eBay area to help neutralize any odors items may have from before they came to me. 

Problems?   I hope not but if an issue does arise I will do my best to make it right.  I do ask that you let me know about any potential problems (item is not what you expected, damage, etc) within 72 hours of receipt of the item. Item & packaging photos may be required for insurance, INAD or damage claims.   If you have not received your item within 7 days (30 days for international shipments) contact me via ?contact seller? for assistance.  eBay should be a fun, pleasant experience for both the buyer and the seller.  Working together solves most problems that arise.   09012020
