VINTAGE Hanging Rug w/Parrot & Flowers 18.5"W x 25.5"L x 1/2" Thick w/4" Tassels. The rod did not come with it. Where you hang it, the holders go up 1 1/2" & are 6 1/2" Long-I bought this at a estate sale so I do not anything about it.  It does need to be cleaned.
