Very charming cottage scene with landscaping.  Signed on the back paper by creator Beulah I Timanus.  

I have typed some info and attached to the back.....as provided to me from the owner at an estate sale in Florida around 2010.

Measures 12.75 wide x 10.5 high x 1.5" deep.

Framed in wooden gold ornate frame.

Gold frame has had a minor repair to the lower edge as shown in photo.....not too noticeable when hung at eye level.  

It is vintage, and any imperfections that have occurred only add to the charm and uniqueness.
