Shipping

·  We have 3 warehouses located in DE, NY and CA, so your parcel will be shipped from one of them,

Terms of sales

·  All of our items come with a 30-day free return policy. We ensure all our items are sealed, new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via eBay messages. All returns should be shipped with delivery confirmation.

·  Please note that all returns must be pre-approved upon clear return photo showing the condition of the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. ·  All NON seller’s mistake returns for refund are subject to re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (I.e. paid for a wrong model or wrong colour).
