Condition is "Used".

Sleeve: Housed in its Rare original Peruvian FTA (RCA) company sleeve.

Disc: The labels have some light friction wear damage but the text is all legible and free of writing. The playing surfaces show a few paper scuffs and a few hairlines but still retain a nice sheen. Playback audio is Very Good with the usual low level surface noise due to the pressing quality and the odd sporadic tic or click. This is probably the best condition you will find. Not trashed like many I’ve had over the years as a major collector of Latin American rock.

This grading was done using a hyper-elliptical nude stylus, and not a .07 spherical which is the ideal for post 1960 Mono cut discs. So playback on mono systems should sound sensational.

Notes on Mono Records & Cartridges Styli

Modern Microgroove Records have a V profile Groove & Modern Mono Microgroove Re-issues

0.7mil is Suitable for Reissue Monaural LP/45s and a Mono LP /45s cut after 1960.

1.0mil is Suitable for the Monaural LP/45s of a deep groove of the first press of the 1950s.

However, both styli can trace the monaural LP/45 of all generations without a problem.

When you listen to the monaural LP/45 of all generations, i’d recommend 0.7mil.

When you listen to a monaural LP/45 of the first press of the 1950s mainly, i’d recommend 1.0mil.

All my Records are wet vacuum cleaned and play-graded from start to finish. Records are removed from their original sleeve and placed in a new white sleeve to ensure the original sleeve is preserved and to avoid any contamination of the playing surfaces after thorough deep groove cleaning. I aim to supply some of the cleanest records and try to eliminate surface noise. All are meticulously graded irrespective of value and are supplied in a polypropylene protective outer sleeve.

Securely packed with ample stiffeners making the package as inflexible as possible.
