This is a German-language translation of Thucydides' historical writing. Thucydides was a major historian in Ancient Greece who was exiled during the Peloponnesian War due to his failure to reach Amiphipolos with his fleet, which led to him writing his history on the war. These volumes include the original writing in Ancient Greek in the top half of some pages, with German translations in the bottom half of these pages, and followed by explanations in German of what Thucydides was saying. A great opportunity for restoration.
