Each 4034 stainless steel blade is teflon-coated and features the ultra-fast M.A.G.I.C. assisted-open mechanism which can be activated by the ambidextrous thumb stud or the finger actuator on the back of the blade. Once activated the blade springs open at a phenomenal speed. How are Spring Assist different from a Gravity Knife or Switchblade Knife? Gravity or Switch Blade knives feature a button, level, or other type of switch that releases a spring pressure to automatically open the blade. On a Spring Assist knife, there is no separate button or switch. Instead, you apply pressure to part of the blade to begin the opening process. This is usually a small bump of metal which sticks out under the knife, making it fast and comfortable to use. Once you press on that part of the blade, it automatically opens and locks into place. Since the action of opening the knife is started by pressing the blade metal, instead of a button or switch, it is considered to bypass the laws which ban Switch Blade knives.

Return Policy
Our prices are extremely low due to policies we put in place. These policies are used as guidelines. We reserve the right to override any policy at any time. Under all circumstances the buyer pays for return shipping.  In some cases, we may not require you to send the item back to us, but please contact us first.  We accept returns only if the buyer has paid for the return shipping.  Returns must be sent in their original box, unused, with all original tags and materials.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT (OR REFUND FOR) ALTERED OR MODIFIED ITEMS.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS DAMAGED DURING RETURN SHIPPING.  Altered items or items sent without their original packaging will void any refunds.      
  • Returns Due To Defective Merchandise:
    Any product that you receive is defective you have 15 days after receipt of product to contact us. After 15 days, we are not obligated to accept are defective merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved before sending the items to us. We can then exchange the product. Refunds may only be issued when an item is no longer available. All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging with all parts included.
  • Returns Due To Shipping Damage:
    If your package or merchandise arrives damaged, please let us know within 5 days or receipt of the package by emailing us your full name, order number with a detailed description of the damage. You may email us. Once we have been notified of the damage, you are then responsible for filing claim with the shipping company. DO NOT send damaged items back to us without approval. All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging with all parts included.
  • Returns Due to ACCIDENTAL ORDERS:
    If the order was placed by accident and was shipped, shipping costs are not refundable.  It is your responsibility to read the product description before placing an order. It is your responsibility to make sure when ordering the shipping service and cost. We will not return any shipping costs once the order has been shipped under any circumstances.
  • Returns Due to UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS:
    We cannot return merchandise due to the fact that you do not like the merchandise. We will not exchange or issue refunds in cases where the customer simply does not like the item or is disappointed with the item. If an exception is made, then the item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • In-Stock Policy:
    Our website provides updated information on stock levels of our products. If an item oversells, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
  • Fraud Policy:
    We are not responsible for credit card fraud. We cannot refund merchandise if your credit card was used without your authorization. It is your responsibility to contact police authorities in this event.
  • International Orders:
    Returns are not accepted for international orders.  We do not refund any shipping costs for international orders for any reason. If customs refuses your package or it is not delivered to addresses outside of the United States, we will not refund any amounts that are incurred for shipping, handling, customs, importation, or other transportation related to the transaction. Buyer should be aware of the laws and regulations for their own country and buyer assumes all risk when purchasing items that may be prohibited in their area, or may be refused at customs. For example: if a Viking Sword is shipped to Denmark and customs refuses it and sends it back to the seller, the seller will not refund the shipping cost back to the customer. If the merchandise arrives damaged there also may be a 50% restocking fee associated, or possibly no refund at all depending on the circumstances.  Seller has made it clear that buyer will not receive a refund for shipping internationally outside of the United States.
