*If there is a unlisted fault/faulty hardware within 30 days, Free returns and shipping (we will cover postage costs fully).
*Faulty hardware within 3 months? Free returns, Buyer pays return postage.
Any other issues will be reviewed on a case to case basis if faults occur after 3 months.
Items should be returned in original or protected packaging to avoid transport damage.
*Warranty does not apply if the customer:
- Misused a product in any way that caused the problem.
- Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.
