This is a pair of used DIAGONAL CUTTING PLIERS in working condition. This
one is for soft wire (copper, aluminum, etc.) and cable. No cracks. No broken handles.
Fulcrum has a firm action. Jaws are well aligned and cutting edges are sharp
showing some dents and wear. Smooth cutting (please see sample cut picture on
