Offered is a lot of (7) .1uF 400VDC  Paper Tubular PIO Capacitors by Cornell Dubilier. These are the popular Dwarf TIGER line from the late 1930's.  The caps have short leads. They are basically clean, with some grime. These types are desirable for line level tone control circuits in Basses, Guitars and amps.  Out of spec and probably with leakage.
