U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days, but the timing is not guaranteed.

International Orders

We ship worldwide at very competitive rates:

• First Class Mail: Only $9.95 per each item. Please note that First Class Mail usually arrives within 2-3 weeks, but can take as long as 10-12 weeks to arrive depending on location and your local Customs and Post Office. (The shipping rates for Gift sets may vary.)
• Priorty Mail: $29.95 for the first item, and $9.95 each additional item. Priority Mail can take between 10 days and 3 weeks to arrive depending on location and your local Customs and Post Office.
• Express Mail: $49.99 for the first item, and $9.95 each additional item. Express Mail can take between 4-10 days to arrive, but usually arrives within 4-6 days.

Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over any delays caused by Customs & Excise in your country.

In order to return merchandies, you must email our customer service department before you start the return process.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including its original packaging, for up to 90 Days after you receive it. A full refund, less any shipping and gift wrapping charges, will be returned to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
