Returns, Refunds & Damages: 

At See Switches we professionally package our Sockets & Switches to ensure safe delivery to you. As a result of this
damage rarely occurs.
 
Please check immediately upon receipt of goods for any damage or defects. Any damage to the goods must be report 
to us within 7 Days. Late reports of transit damage cannot be compensated for regardless of the date of installation of your switches and/or sockets. 
 
We may request photographic evidence of damage or defects depending on your case, prior to sending out a replacement.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your item/s, unless stated otherwise in our listing, we will be happy to exchange or 
refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery,  subject to the following conditions:
 
  • Your must inform See Switches at email, within 14 days of delivery, regarding your intention to return item/s.
  • Unwanted goods must be returned in fully resale able condition, complete with original packaging
  • If you have opened the packaging for the item, this must be done with damage or marking the product.
  • The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us back at See Switches. We are not liable for any damage in transit or loss of your parcel. We cannot provide a refund or exchange on items lost in the post or damaged in transit upon return to us. 
  • If the original packaging is missing  or the Switches/Sockets have been fitted or modified in anyway, we regret that we cannot accept returns but can offer an exchange on goods. 
    • Any refund or exchanges do not include your postage costs.
