The Uganda 50 Shilling banknote is part of the 1998 issues of the Bank of Uganda due to high inflation rate. The front design of the red banknote consists of the coat of arms, the outline map of Uganda, and the seal of the Bank of Uganda. The reverse of the note is the Parliament building in Kampala. The paper bill has dimensions of 142 x 69 mm and bears a solid security thread. It also has a watermark that reflects a crested crane. This Uganda 50 Shilling banknote is in uncirculated condition.
