I didn't put a collar on this dress, because I didn't want to cover up Ms. Minnie! Pics doesn't give this dress justice. I use only the best Premium 100% Cotton. Nice Fabric Lining on back, with top stitching. Dress has a medium weight interfacing inside to make it sturdy. A strong hook and loop closure. Comes with a d-ring for a leash.
