DELIVERY CHARGES

 

The shipping charges listed are for mainland UK only. For areas such as Northern Ireland, High Lands, Channel Islands and all European countries particularly, Cyprus, Greece and Malta, please request for shipping charges through email to or through the eBay message system.

 

Please also note that shipping costs to Norway require a £25.00 custom clearance by the carrier on top of the actual shipping charge. On average a parcel up to 10kg would cost £25.00 shipping charge and a £25.00 custom clearance charge, therefore total £50.00.  Please request for the actual shipping charge before purchase.

 

Please note that items over 2kg are sent by carriers who require a signature at point of delivery.   The carrier will attempt 2 deliveries. Any additional delivery attempts are charged by the carrier.  Please note that on each delivery attempt a calling card is left.  It is also advisable to provide a phone number for the carrier.

 

 Items less than 2kg are sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery within the UK and signatures for delivery are required.   Please note that Royal Mail will leave a calling card and if the item is not collected within 5 days of the card being left it is returned to us and can take up to 10 – 15 days to get back to us.  In this instance a redelivery charge will apply.

 

Please note we do not make deliveries to PO Boxes.

 

We aim to despatch goods within 1 – 2 working days due to the time of the day, the order is placed.  Our carrier aims to deliver within 24 – 48 hours within the UK.  Our European deliveries depend on the location and can take between 2 – 5 days from the point of despatch to be delivered depending on the town and country.  It is best to request the lead time through the eBay message system.

 

PAYMENTS


Paypal is our preferred payment method, but we do accept payment by cheque or postal order made out to Baileys. Our prices include VAT.

RETURNS


Unwanted items can be returned for a refund less postage costs within 14 days of purchase, providing they have not been used.
