OUR TERMS

All of our parts will be used items unless specified. They will be in good used condition (unless specified). 
All electrical items that need recoding such as ECU and airbag units will not be eligible for refunds. 

Engines are supplied bare unless we specify otherwise. Engine warranty is only applicable if cambelt is changed and appropriate oil is changed , 
by a qualified mechanic.
 In the event of a claim, we will need to see proof of these works being carried out. 


GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error,we must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 30 days at the cost of the customer. 
Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged. 

Our parts are covered for 14 days from date of sale. All parts before sending are marked for identification and warranty purposes. If you return our item without security label or with damaged security label, any claims for refund cannot be made.
If a part that you receive is faulty we will send a replacement part or, should a replacement not be available then a refund, including postage costs. Should you need to return a purchased item that you purchased in error you should notify us, and the item should be returned within 14 days, in same condition as you have received it. 
You will have to pay for the return postage. A refund can be issued after we have checked the security markings we have added to the part. 
Refunds are usually made within 3 days of receiving returns. By bidding or buying our parts, you are agreeing to have read and agreed by out terms of sale Guarantee covers parts only and labour claims cannot be made.
