Tektraders Ltd is a Portsmouth based IT reseller who specialise in advising and supplying branded technology products to our customers and partners.With decades of combined experience our staff are here to help with anything from toners to complete IT solutions. Our business model allows us to supply the best products at the lowest prices while still maintaining a superior level of service and support.

All our bargain stock is located with us in our warehouse, so you're more than welcome to pop in for a coffee and a chat, but please call ahead so we can set aside the time and/or products for you.

All our prices include UK VAT @ 20%. A full VAT invoice will be emailed to you when your goods are shipped.

If you require a copy invoice please contact us via ebay messaging system,we can send you this in a matter of minutes.

If you are a school or government organisation please contact us regarding our instant account service.

Please pay for your good within 3 days. We will only ship once we have cleared funds.

We value your custom and cash payments are not a problem but we don’t hold much change so if you can bring the correct amount it would be very much appreciated.

NB: Please note, most of our delivery methods require a signature.

Here at Tektraders we understand that you are keen to receive your item so we have partnered with various couriers to allow us to be flexible in satisfying your delivery requirements.

We always aim to dispatch your items on the same day that you order them (weekdays). We need to be in receipt of your paid for order before 4pm. Our couriers usually leave us at around 4.30 - 4.45pm so if you are a little late we will still do our best to ship it. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Standard Delivery

Our standard UK delivery is usually through Parcel Force and is a next business day service.

International shipments are made using Parcel Force (Road Service) and are usually delivered in 2-3 working days depending on your country.

Heavy / Bulky items are sometimes delivered on pallets if within the UK, using Pallet Line or TNT. In some cases we use another local courier called KKM who will collect your item(s) from us and drive directly to you.

Same Day Delivery

All the products we list on eBay are in our warehouse in Portsmouth and therefore we can offer a same day delivery service depending on your location. Please call for pricing for your urgent requirements.

Blind Shipping / Plain Wrap

We supply a lot of other IT dealers due to our pricing being so competitive. If you require a blind ship or plain packaging, please let us know as we can offer this service at no extra charge.

We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

No returns will be accepted or processed without a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number being issued by Tektraders Ltd. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Customers are responsible for verifying suitability and compatibility of goods BEFORE purchasing.

Your statutory rights under the “The Sale of Goods Act 1979” (including amendments) are fully supported by Tektraders Ltd. The “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” do not apply to business purchases.

Unwanted Goods

If you are a business customer, you may return any unopened goods, in original condition, which can be sold again “as new”, within 7 days after the day of receipt of the goods. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. Please contact us via eBay messaging system to arrange a return. You will be refunded in full (except for delivery charges) once the goods have been received and confirmed “as new”.

You will be liable for all administrative costs associated with the return of the goods, and this may well constitute a restocking fee which you will be advised of when arranging your return. Returns must be adequately packed and the RMA number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging.

We do not accept returns after 7 days from the day of receipt of goods, or on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again "as new."

Faulty Goods within 30 days

If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for repair, replacement or refund. Please email our Customer Care department to arrange a return.

Goods must be received by Tektraders within 7 days of the RMA number being issued. Tektraders will not be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods. Any return found not to be defective or with faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse will incur a return freight charge.

When an item is to be replaced or refunded the goods must be in original packaging, and with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Goods must be adequately packed and the RMA number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging. Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faulty goods where the fault has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Faulty Goods more than 30 days

All products carry a twelve-month manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated (excluding consumable products e.g., toners and ink cartridges). Once your product is more than 30 days old (but within the manufacturers warranty) we will, in conjunction with the manufacturer, repair or replace it free of charge. It is solely at the discretion of Tektraders Limited as to whether a repair or replacement is provided. Please contact us via eBay messaging system with the reason for return, your order number, and request an RMA number. This does not apply:

• To faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
• If you return the product to us without proof of purchase.

We are a proper UK based company, not just an eBay store.
