To be honest, I am not sure what the connection is between sunshine/ sunbeams and natural gas ovens. And Sonny here seems to very clearly be a drop of water. But hey, it was a new advertising age, they were thowing it against the wall and seeing what sticks. It's a great logo.

The matchbook used for this Tshirt is from the 1950s, possibly late 40s.

Thanks for looking! Before you order:

My designs are printed on demand, using a digital, ink-direct-to-shirt process. That means the design feels like a natural part of the shirt, and not glued-on or plastic feeling like a lot of cheap shirts you can find. These are the highest quality prints you can get.

All of my shirts are either directly created from or inspired by old matchbooks, and other advertisements. I scan them, fix them up, rearrange, recolor, re-create and retouch any glaring issues, but they will all keep their vintage look to them and are not perfect. And that's what I like about them!

The sizing is considered "true to size", so- if you are unsure about what size, go ahead and order a size up.

As always, check my feedback, and ask me any questions you have before ordering.
