ITEM CONDITION:

As shown in the photos / It is the buyer`s responsibility to carefully inspect all of the photos for details and/or request more photos if necessary.

• All our parts have tested before being removal from the vehicle. If it is not working, we will not sell it. It has a normal wear of use because it is a used part.
• Please verify the compatibility before buying or ask us to assist you. 
• It is the buyer`s responsibility to determine if the part will fit his/her car or not.
• Please make sure to match the part / interchange number with your original part. Please make sure this is correct part for your vehicle. 
• You will get what you see on the photos.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

• You are welcome to pick up your item at our location.
• Small parcels will be shipped within one business day.
• For small parcels, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS, UPS, depending on which is most affordable and/or faster
• Large items can be shipped to a business/commercial address via Freight Shipping. Please check if an address has a loading dock or forklift or not (addresses of restaurants, offices hotels will not be accepted)
• Delivering large items to a residential address will require extra cost/additional payment.
• Please note that we will only ship to an address provided on eBay at the check out (with the exception of Freight shipping).
• Freight Shipping companies require the customer to unload the shipment. If you are not able to unload your shipment, the shipping company will charge for unloading on your behalf.
• We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

RETURN POLICY:

• You must let us know about a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Please, do not purchase parts just to check and diagnose your vehicle's problem.
• A refund is only processed after an item is returned.
• At no circumstances we are responsible for any labor costs, programming, and other expenses.
• Maximum amount of refund is what we received to our account for this item.

WARRANTY:

• All parts come with a 30-day warranty.
• Warranty does not cover ANY labor costs, programming, and other expenses.
• Please keep in mind that you are buying a used part and savings go along with some risks.
