It is a product in collaboration with the Gakando, a craft shop that has been in business for 100 years since it was founded in Takaoka City. The zodiac motif is suitable for tinware, which has been popular since it is said to be auspicious because it does not easily rust or decay. We recommend that you collect 12 kinds and give the zodiac of the year of birth as a gift.
After use, wash with a kitchen sponge (neutral) using a soft sponge. If the gloss becomes dull, please use baking soda. However, do not use metal polish or baking soda on the inner gold leaf. Also, since tin (100%) is soft, do not rub it with a hard scrubber. The surface may be scratched.
Do not place near fire because of its low melting point. Since it is metal, it cannot be used in a microwave oven. Do not use a dishwasher or dryer as it may become hot.
Do not store in the freezer, as low temperatures can alter the quality of tin. Also, please refrain from long-term storage in the refrigerator. Also, do not leave something with a strong acidity or dark color for a long time. It may cause discoloration. Although the gold foil is coated, it may peel off if it is deformed or immersed in water for a long time, so avoid it.
