The P868 Low Noise Receive Amplifier is designed to boost receive performance on the 868MHz band (860-875MHz) used by the Helium network and LoRa applications. It is fully bidirectional and features narrow SAW filtering, TX bypass, very low noise figure and ultra high IP3.

With typical +10dB total receive gain and very low noise figure, this bidirectional amplifier will significantly increase the RSSI level and S/N ratio for weak signals. It is also useful to compensate for losses when using a longer run of cable between antenna and receiver.

The P868 has a dedicated SAW filter that achieves better than 40dB of attenuation outside the band of interest and thanks to the ultra-high OIP3 performance (+34dB typically) it is fully immune to strong signal saturation.

It can be powered in two different ways: either via the USB-C port (from any common USB adaptor with an USB-C cable) or via bias tee injection (5-15V DC, 100mA) in the output line. The second option is useful when installing the amplifier at the antenna (no additional power cable required) but a bias tee module and power supply will be needed.

Quality RP-SMA connectors are convenient as they’re compatible with the most popular equipment and no additional adaptors are required (which will add small but unnecessary losses).

This product is developed and tested in the UK using latest generation calibrated RF lab equipment and is being manufactured in the EU at the highest standards.
