$5.00 1999 Redheads with the Jersey Garvey by Richard Clifton NJ 33 July 7, 1999 Trenton , NJ MOWS ( Main Office Window Services ) Registry Cancel This is an official First Day Cover for the release of the annual New Jersey Waterfowl Duck Stamp Program during the 25 years of the program from 1984 through 2008. Each cover is limited to a total of 27 covers produced, and each is individually numbered and signed on the reverse. The ending serial numbers of the stamps used consistently match the serial number of the cover itself. These covers were individually prepared and hand-crafted by Tom De Luca, an avid duck stamp collector, who also specializes in New Jersey Duck stamps ( also as a dealer who owns Trenton Stamp & Coin Company and Coastal Bend Duck Stamp Company). As a 25+ year member of the NJ Waterfowl Committee, and the special advisor for the philatelic program, Tom created a very limited signed and numbered edition series of NJ Duck FDC's, and had them hand cancelled each First day of issue on every one of the 25 years the NJ program existed, 1984 -2008 . These were offered for sale directly to his local Print and Stamp clients, and anyone purchasing them would have first rights to that same serial numbered cover year after year. As a result, very few of these covers were ever on the open market for sale, as many collectors have kept their sets for years. We have recently been able to purchase some of the covers back from a few of our clients, and can fortunately offer them now to you through ebay.

****All items are packed carefully with cardboard to ensure that they arrive to you in the same condition they left our full service store and offices. WE USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 1 FULL BUSINESS DAY OF PAYMENT.

SHIPPING RATES

Domestic - 1-3 items first class for $2 | 4-10 items first class parcel for $3 | 11 items and up will be adjusted depending on weight and value (normally sent in priority mail box for $6.00)

***** Some items that are odd shaped or heavier will have a different Standard Shipping price. These items will be subject to parcel rates at $3 or higher and will usually already be reflected in the listings shipping rate chart.

International - 1-3 items first class for $3 | 4 items and up will be adjusted depending on weight and value. Parcel rates for international shipments start at $10. (Canada & Mexico subject to slightly lower rates in parcel cases)

***** All international shipments with a value of $60 USD and over will be sent by registered mail for safety. The cost for registered mail is $13.65 extra, added to the above shipping rates. A buyer can request a lower, first class only shipping rate, but the buyer will take full responsibility for the items shipped and any possible loss or damage through mailing

**** Shipments to Italy will be subject to our Registered Mail rule (as seen above) but at items values of $30 USD and over.
